TOTAL SAFETY DECLARATION
FALCON SPRINGS' foremost interest in all projects is SAFETY and ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION; and we will demonstrate SAFETY in all our operations.
FALCON SPRINGS Limited is already conversant with the regulatory requirement and the legal regime as it relates to contract policies and project executions and will incorporate the CLIENT's safety rules and standards together with our safety manual in the execution of contract services.
FALCON SPRINGS Limited has familiarized herself with requirements of STANDARDS WORK SITE and will incorporate all standards.
FALCON SPRINGS Limited will also provide all necessary safety clothing and equipment for all personnel.
FALCON SPRINGS Limited will ensure that persons engaged in work and services in all contracts shall remain medically fit throughout the duration of the contracts. FALCON SPRINGS will prepare and present certificates of medical fitness on all personnel.
FALCON SPRINGS Limited Safety Manager and Project Manager will ultimately be responsible for safety in our operations. The staff will also have experienced safety officers who are well acquainted with CLIENT's safety regulations and will ensure that all proper work permits and complementary certificates are obtained prior to commencement of work and shall keep them up to date daily and ensure that all safe working practices are observed during the execution of all contracts. FALCON SPRINGS Limited shall strictly enforce the permit to work system before commencement of any work.
FALCON SPRINGS Limited will do anything in its capacity to protect its workers against any occupational disease or any other impairment to health or injury by accident.
FALCON SPRINGS QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY STATEMENT
FALCON SPRINGS Limited is an integrated Engineering and product service company committed to ensuring that quality of goods and services delivered are of the highest standard at all times conforming to local and International standards and satisfying Client’s needs, or, contractual requirements.
In pursuance of the above, FALCON SPRINGS Limited ensures that the best, skilled and qualified personnel is engaged for the execution of her works and services and continuously monitored and supervised for effective performance of the Quality Management System, structured to meet standard requirements.
From the foregoing, utmost importance shall be given to conformance with international and local acceptable quality standards, which is intended to sustain FALCON SPRINGS in the competitive market. FALCON SPRINGS Limited management objective is to provide quality services and products to Client’s contractual requirements.
It is required of all personnel to operate in strict accordance with the Quality system, performing their tasks correctly and contributing to the application and continued improvement of the Quality Management System. The Managing Director has the overall responsibility for ensuring that all personnel in the Company are fully aware of the Company’s Quality policy and their individual responsibilities.
The company’s policy remains as follows: “All activities by individuals or teams will be planned and executed in such a way that Client’s requirements as well as FALCON SPRINGS Limited business objectives are met safely, efficiently and cost effectively”.
FALCON SPRINGS LIMITED COMMUNITY RELATIONS POLICY
For enhancement of harmonious relationship between FALCON SPRINGS Limited and host communities with the aim to ultimately reduce operating costs, and shutdown which may arise from unhealthy FALCON SPRINGS Limited-Community relationship, FALCON SPRINGS shall be willing to engage considerable amount of the non-skilled work-force from the Local/host Community.
FALCON SPRINGS Limited may engage a community liaison officer who shall liaise between the community and the company on matters such as employment of indigenous and community development projects. The implementation of the community relations plan shall be the responsibility of the Community Relations Department.
FALCON SPRINGS' policy is to function to manage community affairs as an integral part of its business with a view to maintaining good relationship between the Company and her host community.
